The company provides engineering solutions for entertainment venues on a world wide basis and the directors required an interim finance resource to review and update the company’s business plan in the light of the recent growth of the business. This included a review of the budgeting and forecasting process and the development of relevant key performance indicators, both historic and forward looking.
In addition there was a requirement to prepare due diligence information, financial modelling and carry out a financial review on a potential acquisition target for the board of directors and other stakeholders. MW Interim Finance provided the necessary level of resource and professional insight to satisfactorily achieve all aspects of the assignment on behalf of the directors.
Following the assignment Stage Technologies proceeded with the successful acquisition of a major supplier, and have since taken on board a full time finance director in line with the growth of the business.
